Ferrari 575 GTC
The 575 GTC is developed by the Ferrari Corse Clienti department in collaboration with N.Technology to make the most of the original 575 M Maranello’s strong points.
It has been adapted to meet the demands of the race track while complying with the specific regulations (its track has been increased).
The bodywork has been lightened by using composites and features innovative aerodynamic solutions.
The adjustable front spoiler, the double profile wing fitted with a gurney flap and the flat bottom along with the rear diffuser, which conforms to FIA rules, are the results of several hours of research in the wind tunnel.
The chassis consists of a tubular steel framework to which the body panels are attached, while the suspension features double wishbone with adjustable antidive.
The roll-cage was designed specifically to meet CSAI homologation requirements. The 575 GTC has specific
brakes with ventilated discs.
The engine is a 5,997 cc, 65 degree V12, fitted with Marelli electronics and punches out around 600 hp, despite the double restrictors specified by the FIA regulations.
The six-speed sequential gearbox is coupled with a triple plate carbon clutch.
